Sublime is on holiday following a fantastic 3 weeks covering the Commonwealth Games!

The planking continues however. Keep your eyes peeled for more Australian Pilates antics.

Due to the ongoing Wintery conditions all classes are cancelled tomorrow. Stay safe, stay cosy. There’s some awesome athletics you can watch on the telly instead. World Indoor Athletics Championships - great viewing in between planks.

Sorry for the late notice. Again taking advice from government agencies. It is unadvisable to travel this evening. Our later class - Intermediate 20.15 will be cancelled due to adverse weather.

Hard Core as we are - when all the advice from local agencies advise against unnecessary travel we have to be sensible. Wednesday morning Torphins class cancelled. Will re-arrange for a later date.

Pilates really is the take anywhere tool. No mat required. Core strength really is a key feature in lots of the Winter Olympians here, where balance and strength in mind and body push them to spectacular results. Strong Core + Strong Mind = Strong Results.
