You bet you can! The great beauty about Pilates is you can do it anytime, anywhere. Pilates is a mind - body practice. Take 5 minutes each day to tune into your core - breath, walk a bit taller, align yourself. Many of the exercise for spinal alignment can be done standing or seated, Swan Dive, Spine Twist, Side Bend. Stop, think core and choose your favourite......I bet you’re doing a wee core check right now ;-) See it really is that easy to fit a quick core fix in.
The Indoor European Athletic Championships in Glasgow at the weekend saw the best athletes in Europe strutting their stuff in a variety of events.
