Can I do Pilates everyday?
You bet you can! The great beauty about Pilates is you can do it anytime, anywhere. Pilates is a mind - body practice. Take 5 minutes each day to tune into your core - breath, walk a bit taller, align yourself. Many of the exercise for spinal alignment can be done standing or seated, Swan Dive, Spine Twist, Side Bend.
